Traditional 7 course Christmas Day Lunch Menu £90.00 per person. Enjoy a festive cocktail in the lounge from 1pm and lunch is served in our lake view restaurant from 13.30


Slow gin and juniper breast of duck, duck leg rillettes, duck liver parfait,

mulled plum and plum puree


Butternut squash and chestnut terrine, red cabbage ketchup (v)


Celeriac and apple soup, anise dressing (v)


Roulade of salmon, poached salmon wrapped in smoked salmon, crispy skin,

Deposit and cancellation policy.

A non refundable deposit of £30 per person is required at the time of booking. In the event

of cancellation 7 days or less prior to Christmas Day, the full amount will be charged,

unless we are able to re let the table for the same number of people.
