Booking terms and conditions.
When you make a booking you are entering in to an agreement with Wakefresh Ltd, trading as Lindeth Fell.

Prices are per person per night unless otherwise stated.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
A 2 night minimum stay applies on Saturdays.
A 3 night minimum stay applies to all bank holidays.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter your rate should a mistake be identified.
Published offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other or with any other promotion or discount unless otherwise stated.
A deposit equal to the first night stay is debited on booking. Each booking must be guaranteed by a credit card. We do not accept American Express cards.
Prior to your departure from the hotel you are required to settle your account in full.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival your deposit is refunded less an administration fee of 10%.
If cancellation is less than 21 days but more than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit can be transferred to a subsequent booking made within 3 months of the initial reservation.
If we receive cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained. Days are counted from midnight on the day of arrival.
Cancellations of group bookings.
A group booking is a reservation of 4 or more rooms.
To secure a group booking we request a deposit equal to the first night’s stay at the time of booking. Credit/debit card details are required at the time of booking. For stays of 3 nights or more, 8 weeks (56 days) prior to the intended visit the deposit should be increased to 50% of the total accommodation
In the event of cancellation more than 8 weeks (56 days ) prior to arrival, the full deposit is refunded minus a fee of 10% of the total.
If the accommodation is cancelled and is not re let a cancellation fee of the total accommodation will be levied from your credit/debit card details as follows, unless it is less than the deposit, in which case this will be retained.
8 weeks (56 days) or less prior to arrival the deposit will be retained.
4 weeks (28 days) or less prior to arrival 75% of the full cost of the booking is due.
3 weeks (21 days) or less prior to arrival the full cost of the booking is due.
We strongly advise guests to take out cancellation insurance.
UK Plus Insurance 08455201074 can provide cover for a small premium.
Single occupancy of double rooms.
There are two double rooms that can be used for single occupancy for a daily supplement starting at £40, subject to availability.
Children & Extra Adults
Prices are as follows:
0 – 2 yrs: £10.00 includes a travel cot. No breakfast charge.
2 – 6 yrs: £18.50 includes a rollaway bed plus child’s breakfast
7 – 16 yrs: £28.50 includes a rollaway bed plus child’s breakfast
16 yrs & over/ adult: £48.00 includes a rollaway bed plus adult breakfast
Breakfast is £8.50 per child. £15 per adult.
Not all our rooms are suitable for extra guests or children. The maximum number of extra guests in a room is one. Any type of extra bed or cot is on request and must be confirmed by us. The following rates are based on sharing a double room with 2 adults.
Charges are made for all extra occupants even if a bed is not required.
Bringing food in to Lindeth Fell
For the comfort of our guests the eating of fast food or takeaway meals in any of our bedrooms, public rooms or gardens is strictly prohibited. Should you be found consuming such foods on the premises we will levy a charge equivalent to one nights accommodation and ask you to leave the property.
Our fully stocked bar is open from 11 am until 11 pm.
The consuming of spirits and beers not purchased at Lindeth Fell in any of our bedrooms, public rooms or gardens is strictly prohibited. Should you be found to have been consuming such drinks on the premises, we will levy a charge of £50 per person to your credit card details.
Wine and champagne corkage
We have an extensive wine and champagne list. If you wish to bring your own wine or champagne for consuming on the premises, we have the following corkage charges. Wine £18.50 per bottle. Champagne £38.50 per bottle.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be a negligent act by ourselves or our employees.
We are a no smoking property. Any person found to have smoked or smoking in the bedrooms or any of the public areas will be subjected to a £200 fee to cover all additional cleaning and dry cleaning costs and possible loss of revenue.
Damages and breakages
Please take care of our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages and damage that is caused by accident or otherwise. Please report these as soon as they occur. If any damage is caused, you are responsible up to the full cost. The cost of the damage and/or repair will be taken from your credit/debit card used to secure your booking with us.
The above also applies to anything that goes missing from the room.
No service charge is added. Gratuities are at the discretion of the guest, and may be left at reception or added to a credit card payment. They are then evenly shared amongst the staff on a monthly basis.
