Single occupancy of Double Rooms

There are two double rooms which can be used for single occupancy for a daily supplement of £40 - subject to availability.

Late Check-out

If a late check-out is requested, there will be a fee of £20 per room added to your bill. This must be pre-booked and is subject to availability.

Deposit

A deposit of £50 per person is required to confirm bookings

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation 21 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is refunded. If cancellation is less than 21 days, but more than 48 hours prior to arrival, the deposit can be transferred to a subsequent booking made within three month of the initial reservation. If we receive cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained. Cancelling within 24 hours of your arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay minus the deposit. However, if the room is re let only the deposit is retained.

Children

Children aged 7-14 years sharing with two adults are charged at half price
Children under 7 years are charged at £10 per night, with an additional charge for meals
Children over 7 years are welcome in the dining room for dinner
Children under 7 may have dinner served between 5 and 6pm

Meals

The hotel welcomes residents and non-residents for morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, by reservation

Gratuities

Gratuities are at the discretion of guests; no service charge is added

Dogs

We do not accept dogs in the house, except assistance dogs, but they are welcome in cars and in the grounds [on leads]

Smoking

Since July 2007, the hotel has been completely non-smoking, including bedrooms. If smoke is detected in your bedroom during your stay or immediately after departure, an extra charge of one nights bed and breakfast will be charged for specialist cleaning.
