Single occupancy of Double Rooms
If a late check-out is requested, there will be a fee of £20 per room added to your bill. This facility must be pre-booked and is subject to availability.
In the event of cancellation 21 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is refunded less an administration fee of 5%.
If the cancellation is made less than 21 days but more than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit can be transferred to a subsequent booking made within three months of the initial reservation. If we receive cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained.
Cancelling within 24 hours of your arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
Cancellation policy for stays of 7 nights or more
If the cancellation is made less than 21 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit can be transferred to a subsequent booking made within three months of the initial reservation.
Non arrivals and cancellations made later than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 80% of the booking value.
If we are able to re let the accommodation we would not charge except for any shortfall.
